FlexDelivery24 Terms & Conditions of Service

Welcome to FlexDelivery24! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our platform, services, and applications. By accessing or using FlexDelivery24, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
1. Definitions
1.1. "FlexDelivery24" refers to the company, platform, and all associated services.
1.2. "User" refers to any individual or entity using the FlexDelivery24 platform, including senders, recipients, and delivery agents (FDAs).
1.3. "Service" refers to all logistics, delivery, and related operations offered by FlexDelivery24.
1.4. "MWP" refers to the monetary worth of the package.
2. User Accounts
2.1. Users must register an account to access FlexDelivery24 services.
2.2. Users agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
2.3. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
2.4. FlexDelivery24 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for fraudulent activities, violations of these Terms, or misuse of the platform.
3. Services Offered
3.1. Delivery Services: FlexDelivery24 provides a platform for connecting senders, recipients, and delivery agents for package transportation.
3.2. Payment on Delivery (POD): FlexDelivery24 securely holds recipient payments in escrow and releases them to senders upon successful delivery confirmation.
3.3. Package Tracking: Real-time tracking services are provided for all active deliveries.
3.4. Secure Delivery: FlexDelivery24 implements measures to protect high-value packages.
4. User Responsibilities
4.1 Senders:
Ensure accurate package descriptions, including weight, size, and value.
Label packages with the provided FD Code.
Resolve disputes promptly, if any arise.
4.2 Recipients:
Provide accurate delivery addresses and confirm receipt promptly.
Use the Package Collection PIN (PCP) to verify deliveries.
4.3 Delivery Agents (FDAs):
Handle packages with care and follow agreed delivery timelines.
Comply with security deposit requirements and maintain professional conduct.
5. Payments and Fees
5.1. Service Fees: FlexDelivery24 charges service fees for each transaction:
Senders: 2% package assurance fee on the MWP.
Recipients (POD): 2% of the amount paid for POD services.
Delivery Agents: 1% of the delivery fee.
5.2. Wallet Transactions:
Users can fund their wallets and withdraw funds subject to a transaction fee.
All refunds will be credited back to the user’s wallet.
5.3. Escrow Payments:
Payments for POD are securely held in escrow until delivery is confirmed.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
6.1. Cancellation and refund terms are detailed in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
6.2. FlexDelivery24 reserves the right to deduct applicable fees for cancellations based on the stage of the delivery process.
7. Liability and Limitations
7.1. FlexDelivery24 is not liable for:
Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, natural disasters, or third-party actions.
Packages improperly packaged or labeled by the sender.
7.2. FlexDelivery24 implements safety measures for high-value packages but does not guarantee full coverage for losses. Users are encouraged to ensure additional insurance for such items.
8. Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
8.1. Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
8.2. Provide false information or impersonate others.
8.3. Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or misuse the platform.
9. Security Deposit Policy
9.1. Delivery agents must submit a security deposit based on the maximum MWP they wish to handle.
9.2. Security deposits are governed by the terms outlined in the Security Deposit Policy.
10. Dispute Resolution
10.1. Disputes must be initiated via the FlexDelivery24 app within 48 hours of delivery.
10.2. FlexDelivery24’s AI system will provide an initial review of disputes, followed by manual resolution by an admin.
10.3. FlexDelivery24’s decision on disputes is final and binding.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
11.1. User data is collected and processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
11.2. FlexDelivery24 uses secure systems to protect user information and transaction details.
12. Modifications to Terms
12.1. FlexDelivery24 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
12.2. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notifications. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
